Self-Rising Flour + Heavy Cream: “Biscuit Bites”
Easy recipe, just mix,
roll, and bake for
a moist, perfectly
portioned biscuit!

Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups self rising flour*
3/4 cup heavy cream
Optional: 3 tbsp. honey for that
pretty glazed look
*If you don’t have self-rising flour,
a good substitute is
1-1/2 cups of all purpose flour with
2 teaspoons of baking powder and
1/2 teaspoon of salt.

“Healthy Oatmeal Cookies”
At only 48 calories each,
these low fat, low calorie
cookies are perfectly healthy!
How to:
• Preheat oven to 450°F and line a
baking sheet with parchment paper
• Stir flour and cream together,
using fingers if necessary until well
combined.
• Separate dough into 6 balls and
place on baking sheet, set about 2”
apart.
• Place baking sheet on the second
shelf from the top (upper half
of oven) and bake about 10-12
minutes until golden brown.
• Optional: Remove from oven
and drizzle honey overtop before
serving.
