Message from the Foundation President
It is because of you, our loyal donors, that we are able to accomplish so much. I am so
proud to share that donations to our PULSE annual fund increased by 20 percent this
past year. The PULSE fund is critical to meeting the ongoing and emerging needs of
our sisterhood – focus areas for PULSE include: Philanthropic Initiatives, Unrestricted,
Leadership Development, Sisters in need and Education. This boost allowed us to give
our second largest grant to the Sorority, provide $100,000 in scholarship support to
our members for the first time, award 11 collegiate chapters with 1874 Giving Circle
Grants, and more. We are so incredibly grateful to all who chose to partner with the
Sigma Kappa Foundation and we want you to share in our successes. On behalf of the
board of trustees, we thank you for your commitment.
In this report, you will find an update on the Foundation’s financial position, as well as
stories from those who have been positively affected by your generosity.
Gratefully yours,
