ISTE SIGAdmin/SIGOL Blended Learning Webinar
ISTE SIGAdmin and SIGOL sponsored a free webinar on Blended Learning for all ISTE members. This webinar was held on April 9, 2013.
This webinar focused on different models and uses of blended learning.
Stacy Hawthorne, Technology Integration Coordinator for the Medina City School District, shared how Medina High School implemented rotational style blended learning classes this year in a traditional PK-12 public school. Additionally, Cassidy, a high school senior and blended learning student shared her perspective on blended learning.
Jennette Kane, Technology Integration Supervisor for Orange City Schools, shared how her district has implemented blended learning to address the professional development needs of staff members.
William Fritz, Executive Director of Learn 21 and Director of Technology at Sycamore Community Schools, shared how collaboration among school districts can lead to increased opportunities for blended learning.
