Siena Heights University Nursing Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree Completion The Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree Completion for Registered Nurses (RN-BSN program) was designed for licensed RN’s to earn a bachelor’s degree in nursing. Students admitted to the RN-BSN program must have graduated from an approved program of nursing; either a two-year associate degree nursing program or a hospital-based diploma degree program. Requirements for admission: 1. Current unencumbered RN license. 2. Forty (40) credit hours of transfer credit in approved nursing courses. 3. Minimum cumulative g.p.a. of 2.5 from all colleges and/or universities attended. If applicant’s g.p.a. is below 2.5, the student may be admitted on a conditional basis, as established by the School of Nursing. 4. Resume of professional work experience. 5. Letter of recommendation from a nursing manager or supervisor. New graduates may obtain letter from a faculty/academic instructor. I. A.
