SOL: What do you consider the main goal of Sinai Gate to be?

Bob: To be a leader in the travelers community around Sinai under the umbrella of the “Power of the new generation” , Offer real experiences for those who are seeking nature, unity, & happy ways to live. We want to reflect the real joy of this beloved land “Sinai”

SOL: Who are your ideal customers? Do you accept anyone and everyone on your adventures or do you look for a certain type of person?

Bob: My Ideal customer is simply anyone Who is looking for good times combined with adventure, mixing cultures, meeting people, sharing life experiences & simplicity.

SOL: I know Sinai Gate has the concept of We Are One and that there is no prejudice between people based on race, color, religion, sex, or whatever isms you might think of...but have you ever encountered a problem when it came to this subject?

Bob: Sure & we had to be firm with the situation as we always attach the rules for the club at the 1st point of communication with any new member of the community.

SOL: Personally, what is your favorite kind of trip/adventure to go on? Why?

Bob: Honestly All kind of adventures are my favorite as we are involved in Underwater & on earth activities & programs, I personally love both & it would be a hard question when you ask me what do you prefer more.

SOL: Do you have employees or people who simply volunteer for the good of the cause?

Bob: We are accepting & meeting volunteers all the time you have witnessed it yourself my brother simply any young energetic person with an idea that can benefit people who are looking for good adventure or healing programs around Sinai can contact us to offer his idea &we will work together as a team under our both names as affiliation is the key, we can help with logistics, hiking, Diving, Event planning & merge our interests with his/her to make something outrageous.

6)Any thoughts or ideas about expanding? Where to? Do you think Sinai Gate could serve as a universal name, or would you change Sinai and keep the Gate depending on your location?

-Sinai Gate will always be Sinai Gate as it serves the south of Sinai peninsula but we are planning also for a wider move which is a something we are still working on. We are not ready to announce it now. But for sure we are happy where we are at the moment.

7)Being that you are in Dahab, where the vibe is similar to the old Sharm El Sheikh in the past where you worked as well, do you see any similarities in what happened to Sharm happening to Dahab? Do you like what going on? Is there any way that you and the people of Dahab are trying to stop this change and promote a healthier new one?

-Sharm has been always bigger, & louder than the rest of Sinai, & Dahab will always be Dahab may be it is changing because of what is happening now around the world as people`s priorities changing, as we believe to the better as it is more open &accepting to other`s new ideas.

8)In the age of technology what are the marketing techniques you like to use? Do you prefer mass online marketing, or getting to know your potential customers on a deeper level and have it be a more personal endeavor?

-Online marketing in general is the key, our exposure is so far well covered on Facebook & travelers websites ( Eg; Couchsurfing.com ) unfortunately that`s it. But the website is going through renovation & then we will seek more options for marketing.
