Snacks • Cancellations & Refunds    Classes may be cancelled if they do not meet minimum enrollment. If your class is cancelled, you will be notified via email with a private link to re-register for another class. If you decide not to register for a different class, a credit will be applied to your Ultra camp account. You will not receive a refund if your child is absent or stops attending a class. Dismissal/Pick Up  Core After School Program – Stay until 6:00 p.m.    A healthy snack will be provided to every child participating in an After School Class. The cost of the snack is included in the Class fee. After School Classes are offered in addition to the Core After school Program. Your child(ren) are welcome to stay at school after their class in the Core After School Program. Pickup must take place by 6:00 p.m. through the Portry. If your child’s class does not start until after 4:00 they will stay in the Core Program until their class meets. For more information about the Core After School Program, contact Christy Crandall at [email protected]   Children enrolled in After School Classes will report to the Core After School Program at dismissal. Their After School Class teacher will pick them up there at the start time for their class. Children will be dismissed by After School staff at the Rosemont door at the class-end time indicated on the schedule. Students whose parents do not pick them up within 10 minutes of class end-time will join the Core Program and must then be picked up through the Portry. MORNING CLASSES Math Club Glee Club Teachers: David Gusaas, Middle School Math Teacher Margot DiMuzio, Assistant Athletic Director Marie Regala, Teaching Assistant (A2) th Grades: 6 , 7 th & 8 th Dates: Thursday mornings, starting September 20 Time: 7:30am - 8:15am Fees: No Charge Maximum Enrollment: 20 Students will increase their knowledge and understanding of algebra concepts in preparation for various Chicago-area Math competitions and Academic Bowls, including the Fenwick High School's Junior High Math Contest and the American Mathematics Competition. Teacher: Justin Nixon, Middle School Music Instructor Grades: 6 th – 8 th (New & Returning Students) Dates: Wednesday mornings, starting September 19 Time: 7:20am – 8:15am Fees: No Charge Sacred Heart Schools Glee Club, under the direction of Justin Nixon, Middle School Music Teacher, will practice on Wednesday mornings fr om 7:20am -8:15am in the Chapel.
