Professor Beauchamp is Associate Dean

focus is on ICT in education, particularly the use
of interactive technologies in learning and
teaching. He is currently supervising PhD
students looking at ICT in Education and music
education. He has been involved in many
funded research projects, including European
projects. This includes three Erasmus+ projects.
Cheryl Ellis
Dr Cheryl Ellis is a principal lecturer and Head
of Department within the School of
Education and Social Policy at Cardiff
Metropolitan University. Cheryl previously
worked as a primary school teacher and is a

include outdoor play and learning, specific
learning difficulties and student engagement
within HE.
Sammy Chapman
Sammy is a current PhD student at Cardiff
Metropolitan University. Sammy first joined
