business " exhaustion I felt years ago. You might be chasing trends because you ' re afraid of falling behind. My hope for you is a shift in perspective:
From Transactional to Transformational: Realize that your business is not just a way to pay bills; it is your contribution to the continent.
From Panic to Peace: Understand that your value as a leader is not determined by today’ s " buyers," but by the long-term problem you
From Seeking to Solving: Stop looking for the " next big need " in your community.
I invite you to take three intentional steps this month to reclaim your peace and your purpose:
Define Your " Furniture ": Like the second carpenter, write down exactly who your work is serving. Are you just selling a product / service or are you building a future?
Audit Your Survival Tasks: Identify one thing you are doing solely out of fear or " survival mode." Can you delegate it, or
" survival mode." Can you delegate it, or pivot it toward a more purposeful goal?
Find Your Anchor: Spend 15 minutes each morning connecting with your " Why " before you check your emails. Let your purpose be the fuel that starts your engine, not your anxiety.
We have all it takes to solve our problems. The resources are here. The talent is here. The only thing missing is often the shift from a survivalist ' s heart to a leader ' s heart. Let’ s stop just " doing business " and start building the furniture of the future.
Reflective Coaching Question
If your business vanished tomorrow, would your community miss your product, or would they miss the problem you were solving for them?
