You will leave Shottery Sixth Form equipped
with skills for university, work and life.
We will help you develop effective study,
communication and life-skills through A-level
lessons, our enrichment programme and PSHE.
There are extensive leadership opportunities
for all girls in our sixth form. We know you
are the leaders of the future – when you
speak, we really listen.
With the sixth form being an integral part
of the whole-school vertical tutoring system,
you will all be leaders on a daily basis. Our
girls take real pride in helping one another
and our outstanding pastoral support means
there is always someone to listen or provide
advice when you need it.
Our Head Girl Team lead the sixth form and
the school. Elected by all members of the
Shottery community, they are called
upon to represent us widely, from
governors’ meetings to meetings
of the Town Council, and they
speak with authority.
House Captains lead our four
Houses with flair and enthusiasm
and the Sixth Form Committee lead
on all aspects of school life from
the environment in which we work
and study to the type of end of year
celebrations we hold.
