Beard age: Nearly 2 years, it’ s the second one I’ ve owned.
Beard trimmer used: It’ s too long to use a beard trimmer. I use a pair of Sanguine moustache and beard trimming scissors, hand crafted from the finest Japanese steel. Apparently that’ s good, like their swords.
Beard comb owner? Many. I’ ve got most sizes of Kent combs – flick knife combs, pocket combs, big ass combs. They are the best brand to invest in, as they are hand polished so they don’ t damage your hairs.
Essential piece of grooming kit: Beard oil, without it, it gets pretty dry.
Number one tip for growing a beard: Leave it well alone, don’ t trim it until you reach at least 6 months.
Best reaction your beard has received? A baby cried just looking at me. Actually that happens on a regular basis.

Beard age: On 30th October 1987, my life changed forever. George Michael released his music video for Faith and from that moment on, I knew my destiny lay within his manicured jawline. I was five years old at the time but I knew it was the beard for me.
Beard trimmer used: Beard trimming is serious business and I hate it when you get split ends. I personally like to cut each hair with a pair of very small scissors for the shear fun of it.
