You ’ ve assembled the dream team at Municipal , many of whom have experience in the golf world , was that something that was important to you when you put your team together ?

Golf is how I met Harry Arnett , one of the co-founders when he was an executive at Callaway . I liked his approach and philosophy to building brands . Cool , fresh , and exciting but also very accessible and relatable .

That ’ s perfect for MUNICIPAL because we definitely want it to be unique and cool , but also be a brand that can be loved and worn by a lot of people . Because we want to inspire a lot of people . MUNICIPAL isn ’ t a golf brand , but what we do is relatable and perfect for people who play and love golf .

So it was important for us to make sure we not only had a great idea but to execute , especially as a start up just getting off the ground . I ’ ve always believed you ’ re only as good as the people around you . I think that comes from my background in sports . I want the whole team to be good . And we ’ ve built a world-class team at MUNICIPAL .
