Getting between the islands : Jersey is a 15 minute flight or one hour sea crossing to Guernsey ; the ferry from Guernsey to Sark takes about 50 minutes while the ferry from Guernsey to Herm is just 20 minutes ; Guernsey to Alderney is just 20 minutes by air .

Note : Sark and Herm are proudly car free with no paved roads , so it ’ s perfect for those who enjoy exploring on foot or by bicycle ( Sark only ). Both islands are not so suitable for the less mobile .
