This modern accessible property is designed especially for people with additional requirements and their carers, and combines with The Community Hub, which offers a social space for elderly locals and disability organisations.
Facilities include a spacious dining room with patio for alfresco summer dining, a small bar, lounge with adjacent orangery, tranquil grounds and a large indoor hydrotherapy pool with wheelchair ramps, easy walk-in access and hoists.
Maison des Landes have specially adapted minibuses, for arrival and departure transfers, as well as for taking guests to local places of interest. The large communal areas also provide a sociable space to mingle and meet other guests, enjoy some quiet time or join in with a group activity.
Accommodation is on the ground floor and each is different, which means the most suitable room can be selected, whether that’ s interconnecting or with specific facilities. Premium bedrooms( from £ 17 per person per night supplement) benefit from a private patio and first floor rooms are available for carers.
Nursing care is not provided, therefore guests must either be able to attend to their personal needs or be accompanied by an able-bodied guest capable of doing so. Premier Holidays reserve the right to review each booking case by case to ensure suitability.
