eet Brianna "Bri" Jamison. Bri’s love for PLAAY is contagious.
Born and raised in a gym to the Mother of a Step Aerobics instructor and a weightlifting Father- fitness is in her blood. A lover of movement, she began dance lessons at 5 and danced professionally for 10 years. Towards the end of her dance career she discovered yoga and introduced by her sister to paddle boarding. resulting in teaching her first paddle board yoga class in 2013. Bri’s curiosity has also taken her off the mat and water, now into the air. She began taking Aerial Arts classes at the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts in 2007. After leaving the dance world she also found Pole Fit and has been teaching since 2016. In her classes Bri places an emphasis on a strong foundation and finding gratitude for the body.
She’s proud to be PLAAY Fitness and Yoga’s first studio manager and hopes to bring her love of PLAAY to the people!
