eet Rhode Islander and
co-owner Lauren L’ESPERANCE. Lauren had a vision, and she moved to Jersey to build it: a sustainable, local food-sourcing network. Collaborating with farms in the area to engineer a local supply chain, she created Goji Juice Bar with an eye toward offering a product both responsible and of a high quality. She dove head-first into the field, working on permaculture farms in New Zealand and Panama and devising a spectacularly efficient supply chain throughout the Northeast. When she is not hard at work on Goji Juice Bar, she enjoys swimming, harvesting her garden, and practicing vinyasa yoga.

eet co-owner Grant PFUND. Grant brings to Goji Juice Bar a deep, identity-level drive. He inspires clarity at the company, overseeing the business and strategy side of things. It is his precise work style, his devotion to hydroponic systems, and his unique juices, smoothies, and vegan treats that have led to his reputation as the “Juice Man.” Like Lauren, he is also committed to practicing meditation and yoga when he is not busy with Goji Juice Bar. Goji Juice Bar is on a mission to reduce food waste, which is at epidemic-level proportions in America right now,
