INGREDIENTS
1( 15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix 2 eggs ½ cup butter, melted 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1( 16 ounce) package confectioners ' sugar, plus more for dusting 1( 8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 2 eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F( 175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2 Mix cake mix and 2 eggs together in a bowl. Add butter and vanilla extract; mix until batter is smooth and thick. Spread batter into the prepared baking dish.
3 Beat confectioners ' sugar, cream cheese, and 2 eggs together in a bowl until smooth; spread over batter.
4 Bake in the preheated oven until sides of cake are pulled away from dish and browned, 25 to 35 minutes. Cool cake completely. Sprinkle more confectioners ' sugar over cooled cake.

The Lower Township Moose Lodge will be holding a benefit for everyones good friend, Paulie lames to help defer his huge medical expenses and supplement his personal bills while he is and will be out of work. Paulie is always there for everyone else, he is an all around great guy and we would like to be there for him now. The event will be at the Moose and the cost is $ 40. It includes a buffet and free draft beer.( there is a cash bar available as well.) This is an outdoor event, so bring your chairs and get ready for a good time for a great cause.
