Repeat step 2 again to complete your pendant shape. (Image 4)

5. Knot your work to secure the beads in place.

6. Finally, thread out of the R11 on the opposite side to the droplet on your pendant. Pick up 1 x R15, 1 x R11, 12 x R15 and thread through the R11 you just added. Pick up 1 x R15 and thread through the R11 you started at through the opposite direction. Weave your thread through your beadwork again to tighten it and secure your thread with a few knots along the way. Trim off the excess when you are happy your work won't unravel. Do the same with your tail thread. Thread your chain through the loop on the top of your pendant.

TAKE YOUR DESIGNS FURTHER!

With this project, you'll have plenty of seed beads and colourful par Puca beads to use after making your pendant. Make the most of your materials and try linking these cute patterns together to make a bracelet. To do this, replace the droplet bead with the size 11 seed bead and attach your triangle shapes together using loops of seed beads. Attach your clasp to each end of your design to make your unique design wearable!

Why not try making your droplet pendants into a pair of earrings and make a stunning jewellery set?
