STEP 1

Cut 20" length of thread and add a needle. Thread your needle through an end hole on your ring and leave a 15cm tail on the

other side. Thread around this hole on the inside of the ring and knot twice to the tail thread. Your knot should be on the inner

edge where your first beads will then be positioned.

Pick up 3 seed beads or 3 small crystals and thread over to the opposite hole. Thread down through the hole, under and back through the 3 beads in the opposite direction. Thread down through the original hole and then up through the next hole on

this side. Repeat across the ring to add your beaded pattern.

Always thread across to the next row on the underside of the ring, so the horizontal threads aren't visible.

STEP 2

Once you've finished your pattern, pass through the last hole and double knot your thread as you did at the beginning.

Thread through the last 2 or 3 rows of beads to hide your thread and trim off the excess once you've weaved a little way. Repeat this with your short tail thread at the other end, so you aren't left with any visible thread ends.
