the arms of her parents. Her mother and father were basking in the
moment of embracing her undeveloped body. Since Tamarah was only
20-weeks old, her external body parts were not completely formed.
However, her heart was formed and developed.
A baptism is done upon the consent of the individual. I honored his
request by performing a rededication, which is done for newborns
by their parents. The doctor indicated she would only live 5 minutes,
but 2 hours passed by the time I arrived and she was still alive. I talked
with her parents for a few minutes, and I searched for water to perform
the dedication ceremony, which commitments her back to God. I also
prayed for little Tamarah in the name of Jesus Christ.
This is when “the Miracle” happened. Upon finishing my prayer and
lifting my hand from her head, her heart stopped. We checked her for
a pulse. The nurse checked her and verified she passed. Everyone was
amazed because her heart was beating so strong just seconds before
and then it stopped.
Her mother, Ministress Janise Sims, sealed the miracle with a word
from the LORD. She stated, “She was waiting for you Pastor to send her
home.” I thought, “wow!!!” We all would rest in God’s providential care
for a few more hours before I left the hospital to return home.
Filled with emotions, I was weighed down in my spirit. I couldn’t think
straight . My wife spent a lot of time encouraging me. She spoke sound
words from the Lord to help me understand what just took place. She
stated, “God called you, and he chose you for this moment.”
After a sleepless night, God began to download his revelation to me
the next day at work. It would again send my head spinning. I paused
and said, “HUH!!! How Lord? “He answered, “I’m sovereign and there’s
none like me.” Here is what he said:

her forth because those that love me needed to witness a miracle. You
needed a miracle so you would know I chose you. Man of God, like
