Successful entrepreneurs analyze their assets to
determine which ones provide the highest return. As
a result, entrepreneurs focus on the areas of their
business that need more or less attention.
Like assets; business relationships need to undergo
an analysis as well. Once completed, the analysis
could lead to growth, strategic partnerships and
more opportunities.
Some entrepreneurs find it hard to sustain long-term
relationships, despite the positive benefits. In my
case, building business relationships has never been
an issue. My issue arose when longevity came into
the equation. The relationships fizzled as I earned
my education, improved my skills, and gained
notoriety.
