Not discouraged or disheartened, the application was sent in and four senior specialists gave the College and its staff a most searching examination.
Results? Full approval and "A" Grade registration.

Early
Registration and approval to take government scholarship holders up to Leaving Standard was obtained two months after the opening. The College's first Matriculation students graduated in its third year. This gave the College the opportunity of applying for an "A" Grade registration.
The school was told by the Catholic Diocesan Director of Education that it took at least 15 years to get this privilege.
