a difference for his/her
students, they will stay in
our district and they will tell
others,” O’Neal said. “As a
district and a community, it is
our job to provide teachers
with what they need in the
classroom, competitive
pay and incentives, and
provide them with quality
staff development so they
can help our students
find success, and provide
recognition along the way.”
