B
eing a mom was always a dream of mine. Motherhood has
brought much joy, along with some exhaustion. Nothing
else has ever made me as happy or as frus trated. It has
been more challenging and rewarding than I ever imagined. Despite the daily challenges of motherhood, the snuggles before
a nap and seeing Alexa Leigh smile because I’m her mom makes it all
worth it. She has made me fall more in love with my husband each
day, as I have watched him become an amazing dad. It’s a beautiful
thing when God blesses you with a child; He knows how to fill your
heart with more love than ever.
Morgan Oltremari resides in Florence, South Carolina, with her husband Brett
and their baby girl, Alexa Leigh. Morgan is an administrative assistant and flight
coordinator for Sonoco.
