I said these words to ...
an amazing client of mine recently and they were so powerful , she has repeated them back to me over and over …
And every time she does … it hits me , right in the heart … where it matters … and I remember ….
I remember how true these words are . I remember how they transform your thinking instantly .
I remember that so many women are towers of strength to their family , friends , co-workers , kids …. and they are SO strong … the strongest … yet they live in fear every single day .
And it fills me with a passion .
A passion to DO something about it .
To reach out to women around the world and REMIND them …. they are already STRONG …. It ’ s time to turn that strength into something bigger , better , more self serving … self loving … self fulfilling …. It ’ s time to transform your strength into courage … so you can step up , step forward , step into EXACTLY who you are and what you ’ re here for …

The thing is …. strength is something we can build , it ’ s what keeps us upright when the going gets tough , it allows us to endure pain , discomfort , challenge and continue to wake up each day and do it all over again .
But courage … courage is
what helps you to stand face to face with your fears …. or more so … yourself … look it square in the eye … and say …. YES !
It allows you to feel the fear and do it anyway .
It fuels your action and drives you to take consistent steps towards your greatest desires , no matter how scary .
Courage moves you forward .
See the difference ?
Strength is great … it gives you the stamina to keep lifting heavy shite !
But courage … courage moves you forward … towards what you desire .
Think about it … if you ’ re in the gym … training to build strength … you ’ re RARELY moving forward ….
You ’ re either moving up and down or limbs are moving back and forth … but RARELY are you … as a whole body moving in a forward direction .
The ONLY exception I can think of is walking lunges … but you ’ re not building strength doing these so much as you are building endurance and emptying out the muscle from the previous heavy lift .
So let me ask you ….
Where are you being strong and where are you NOT being courageous ?
You ’ re already strong … now it ’ s time to be courageous .
