We all love to eat out for Valentine's Day, share it on social media and be envied but consume less food, don't eat anything that could be over seasoned and if you must eat dark chocolate. Some of my favorite dark chocolate is the Dove bars. They are so good. Plus, dark chocolate is a healthy helper for the heart.

e heart healthy during the month of February. Walk during your breaks and lunches, stop smoking, go to the gym instead of binge watching Netflix. Get busy and get moving more. You only need about 30 minutes a day, 3-4 times a week. This can be easily done. Take care of yourself and enjoy these tips!
