entirely over drain board
over waterproofing over
a structural concrete
deck with excessively
thin areas. Special mix
designs incorporate
shrinkage reducing
admixtures, fiber mesh
and one-fourth inch
diameter stainless steel
dowels to prevent concrete failure.
