or over half a century, Shaw & Sons has been engaged in the concrete business as both the hard-working builder of concrete
structures, and as a craftsman-based company creating unique large-scale architectural concrete projects and products for the
real estate development business.

The purpose of this resource book is to share with others — primarily architects, landscape architects, real estate developers and property
owners — our generation of experience and knowledge in the design and construction of commercial and institutional buildings and
their surroundings. The following pages provide the reader with a broad range of structural and architectural concrete projects featuring
a wide spectrum of colors and designs, as well as showing how concrete can interface with other construction materials and details.
As displayed in the themed retail/entertainment district,Anaheim, California project, Sherman Oaks Galleria and Hollywood &
Highland, we have the capability to construct large volumes of concrete, which in every project reflects our commitment to superior
production and execution. Additionally, we have the ability to add distinctive architectural colors, details and finishes to concrete
without compromising standards for utmost quality. We also take pride in our capacity to concurrently schedule and construct multiple large-scale projects and still maintain the highest levels of consistency and control.
We want to thank the property owners, and the construction and design professionals we have come to know, for the valuable
