Place and finish concrete.

Leave forms on for minimum of 12 hours.

Spray 3M 77 high tack glue on polypropylene foam and edge of
concrete.

Sawcut cold joint at total 1 inch depth to top of foam. Do not cut
steel dowels.

Attach 1/4-inch polypropylene foam below top surface of concrete.
