The Campus at Playa Vista consists of four 4-story office buildings housed on a 25-acre curving site . Design elements include landscaped terraces , roof gardens , and courtyards . The glass curtain wall system combines with a hybrid design of structural steel and concrete shear walls . Beneath the campus are two levels of continuous parking . This project is LEED Gold certified .
All retaining and cast-in-place walls received our Presto Wall Finish and contrasting Lithocrete with silica carbide and natural gray field panels .
