As a partnership between the City of Anaheim and Brookfield Homes , this public urban park was designed to embrace the city ’ s historic roots . The park features a small citrus grove , covered picnic areas and playground area , as well as a watercourse that runs through the park . The park was also one of the attractions featured in the city ’ s 2010 “ Art in Public Places ” art walk .
Green heat-fractured glass creates contrast between the water channels and Lithocrete field panels . Lithocrete is always jointed , reinforced and sealed to preserve the finished product and has a longer service life by decades than other products .
