This 12-story , 266,000 square-foot office tower in the Irvine Business Complex was designed by AECOM ( formerly DMJM ). This building was the first multi-tenant office building on the west coast to be certified LEED-CS Silver in 2008 .
It features Type III cement with beige marble aggregate Lithocrete and white cement cast-in-place walls .
