Surrounded by national flags , this fountain located in Chapman ’ s Global Citizen ’ s Plaza is comprised of a stainless steel globe that rotates once a minute and is covered by water flow . The plaza has served as the venue for many of the university ’ s dedications and ceremonies . Shaw & Sons ’ donor plaques are templated and “ set-in ” with a special technique .
