The Future
Shaw and Sons has actively grown in the past few years . We continue to hold onto our founder and mentor , Ron Shaw ’ s father , Leroy Shaw ’ s principles : to always do the best job possible and as a result you will always have a job . We only have one main office and one satellite office but we have managed to build over 45 million this year in contracts with an expected growth next year of 15 % or better ( all self-directed work with no subcontracting ). We truly appreciate and are thankful for the people that have supported us and have pushed for us to work on their projects and we truly look forward to working with them in the future . Our company is a family . We care about one another and truly work hard to support one another . When there is a problem our people run towards it , not away from it . If something is too heavy within seconds there are more hands on it . There are so many talented people here that have unique special gifts in different things that make us complete . We are looking forward to continuing our future by finding these talents and growing them and see the individual grow . Something always looks different in our work and it ’ s because it is built by people who care about what they build . It ’ s a legacy that we preserve , protect and continue to grow . That ’ s our future .
The Shaw & Sons team is excited to be currently working on the Santa Clara Tech Campus , 200 , 250 , 350 , and 400 Spectrum Center Drive projects for The Irvine Company , Los Angeles Federal Courthouse , San Diego Central Courthouse , Water Garden and Buffer Park in Santa Monica , Columbia Square , The Bloc and various theme park projects .
