Superflat Floors
Our stringent slab requirements began decades ago when we were heavy in the tilt-up market and we were able to provide a superior wall as tilt-ups utilize the structural floor slab for casting . Our buildings always looked better due to truer planes and surfaces . This is primarily what we have carried over to our current work in hardscape , steel frame and walls . Utilizing our patented system for steel frame buildings on projects such as the T-Mobile building in Santa Ana and the Wells Fargo 16-story in Irvine , we were able to effectively pour up to 500 yards of structural lightweight on deck in under 6 hours and deliver superflat floors to the owner with no repair or leveling needed . Recently , we completed the interior floor slabs at The Broad Museum . We were able to achieve floor flatness numbers up to FF 120 .
