Kaiser Fontana ’ s new hospital complex includes a 51-bed emergency department , ICU , and cardiac surgery department , as well as the latest in health and medical care services . The building is able to withstand major seismic activity and continue to function .
Even broom finished concrete looks and performs well when installed properly . Placing , tamping , vibrating for consolidation , screeding , floating , finishing and curing are all equally important steps along with all other basic installation requirements . If just one step is left out , it will later jeopardize the overall longevity of the project and typically shows up in as little as two to three years of use .
