207 Goode is an eight-story building located between two existing office buildings , so special attention has been paid to the exterior design of the structure . The building is positioned along the southern edge of the property line in order to allow as much sunlight as possible to filter into the space between the building and the existing adjacent parking structure . White cement cast-in-place walls and field panels with natural light-etched field hardscape contrast with black bands . The lighter exterior hardscape helps illuminate the building ’ s façade .
