NoHo III Office is a 215,000 square-foot development . The project contains a doubleheight cinema complex , a nine-story office building with a rooftop helipad , a parking structure , restaurant and retail spaces that serve both the on-site visitors and the community at large . To encourage pedestrian movement through the site , NoHo III features a generously landscaped ground plane with a community plaza and Art Walk .
