This state-of-the-art facility was designed by HOK and houses a police and fire station as well as an emergency operations center . The police department contains administrative offices , forensic labs , and a jail facility . The fire station includes administrative and operational areas as well as a drive-through facility with four bays . The project hardscape , installed by Shaw & Sons , includes Lithocrete , cast-in-place walls and footings , fountains and large concrete parking lots .
