The 20-40 Pacifica site in the Irvine Spectrum includes two 315,000 square-foot , 15-story towers . Extensive use of Cibola Gold Lithocrete has the look of flame finished granite , but eliminates the inherent problems of using stone in outdoor applications , such as delamination , mortar joint problems , and general maintenance issues .
