To accommodate the new auto turnaround , the existing grade had to be elevated by nine feet on the existing structure . This was accomplished by constructing a conical shaped screen wall at the perimeter of the project and installing high-load , 40 foam over the existing structural deck . This compensated for the revised elevations and imposing loads prior to constructing the new Lithocrete auto court driveway and turnaround .
