The new Tysons Corner plaza acts as a bridge between the existing mall and the 1.4 million square-foot addition of office , residential , hotel and retail to the existing Tysons Corner mall . The 1.5-acre elevated open plaza sits 32 feet above street level .
Lithocrete hardscape finishes include our System 5 in which silver mica was applied evenly and consistently with our Pneumatic Spray , System 1 , our original Lithocrete combined with System 6 where we added granite sand for an even higher surface seeding density ( red bands ), and Bianco Nero accents . All Lithocrete included our patent pending process of adding integral waterproofing admixture to concrete to help eliminate freeze-thaw problems , a critical concern in the type of climates that are subject to snow , ice , and chemicals .
