Westfield Santa Anita is an open-air retail center build on top of a two-level parking structure . AHBE Landscape Architects ’ design originated with a lotus leaf concept . The pavement pattern represents the leaf ’ s veins , of which no two are alike . Seeded aggregate was constructed using Shaw & Sons ’ Lithocrete System 1 and 4 on the promenade and integral color broom finish on the driveway .
