Holly Mitchell Elected to the LA County Second District Supervisorial Post
The College of Medicine heartily congratulates the Honorable Holly Mitchell on the occasion of her election to the position of Supervisor, Second District. Supervisor Mitchell has been a friend of CDU for many years and she will be a superbly valuable asset in our work. We sincerely hope that we can be of equal value to her efforts.
Supervisor Mitchell possesses the requisite experience and insight necessary as a member of the governing body of the eighth largest economy in the world, one with an administrative budget larger than 43 states. She is well suited as a leader and crucial decision-maker in today’ s increasingly complex world.
We applaud her commitment, intelligence, passion, commitment and most importantly, her willingness to listen. We know that she will fight for all of us.
