Where was God when Eve was
being tempted?
With close observation we will discover
that God was not present in the garden
with Eve when she was tempted. Her
temptation took place between verses
1 and 4 of Genesis chapter 3. God did
not turn up until vs 8. This teaches an
immense lesson. We cannot fight and
win the devil or sin on our own. We need
God with us to win. Therefore, God has
now given us His promise that He will
never leave us or forsake us. There is no
need for us to repeat the failings of Eve.
God is always there for us and will give
us a way of escape for every temptation.
We need only to take it.
