AJC Project Interchange
AJC Jerusalem
AJC Jerusalem is AJC’ s voice in the Jewish state, strengthening the bonds between Israel and world Jewry and making connections across Israeli society. AJC regularly engages Israeli government officials, religious leaders of all faiths, and diplomatic representatives of foreign countries stationed in Israel to share AJC’ s perspective and analysis.
Project Interchange( PI) was founded by Debra Berger 40 years ago with the mission to present the reality of Israel in a fair and balanced light. Since then, PI has brought thousands of influential leaders from more than 120 countries— including government officials, academic leaders, journalists, and civic and religious figures— to Israel to learn about it firsthand. Participants gain direct, in-depth exposure to Israel’ s diversity, democracy, complexity, and accomplishments.
Generous support provided by The Robert and Renée Belfer Fund for Project Interchange.
AJC Eastern Mediterranean and North Africa Institute

Through EMNA, AJC consults with government officials, business and civil society leaders, and U. S. and Israeli diplomats in Morocco, Egypt, and Jordan; encourages cooperation with Israel among other neighboring states; supports U. S. and Israeli strategic partnerships with Greece and Cyprus; engages regional Jewish communities; and fosters Israeli-Palestinian exchanges to strengthen the foundation for enduring peace.
