Introduction
SHANTIH’s second issue comes to you from a bigger team, full of new faces. While the road to the final product was difficult and poignant, full of challenges and some personal losses, the work was more necessary than ever. We all need art right now — we need its light and its promise of our ability to endure and create from places of honesty.
With that in mind, and in our hearts, we are proud to bring you SHANTIH, 1.2. This edition is brimming with poetry and art and seasoned by carefully selected prose. Featured here are the works of poet Karen Craigo, who explores the power of connection and the vulnerability of the heart that loves. Our featured artist is Kamina Kapow, whose work explores the mystical mythos of form.
