So if you look at your commitment, say to running, where is it on the teeter-totter? Are you so dedicated that you absolutely must run for 2.5 hours every day, rain or shine, snow or smog, in wellness or on the verge of collapse and all you can eat, drink, breathe and talk about is running? This would be very Yang. However, if all you can do is watch runners from the comfort of your front porch, that is very Yin. Where is the balance point?
