The Power of the Ancient Ways

In our Foundations of Shamanic Practices workshop, I tell our students that

they will sometimes hear me say, “My Shamanism.”
I explain that this is not from the voice of ego. Instead, I explain that
Shamanism is a unique experience for everyone. The way I see or perceive
something, say the color of red, will be slightly different for you. Both are
right. Both are unique. And yet, both are still the same. That is something to
ponder.
The Ancient Ways carry Wisdom. Wisdom is acquired through experience
and the Old Ones certainly did just that.
There are Wise Ones and teachers all around us. These come to us, not
