Grief Ceremony ( From our Advanced Workshop )
Over the past few months , a dear friend of mine and also a few students have told us that have lost Loved Ones — in some cases as much as two years ago — and they have not had a chance to grieve for them .
That ' s tragic !
So , this is for all of you who need to make the time and give your self permission to let go .
