Grief Ceremony( From our Advanced Workshop)
Over the past few months, a dear friend of mine and also a few students have told us that have lost Loved Ones— in some cases as much as two years ago— and they have not had a chance to grieve for them.
That ' s tragic!
So, this is for all of you who need to make the time and give your self permission to let go.
