Love
3 kinds of
Romantic love.
Family love.
Divine love.
What does the world revolve around?
What holds humanity together?
How does society work?
I think the answer is love, which ultimately springs from God.
Since time began, from Romeo and Juliet to Taylor Swift, the topic of love has engulfed human nature. Maybe it's because each of us can relate to the three kinds
of love:
.
Romantic affection starts in kindergarten
and develops into something completely different by age 50. The process of love starts with a first crush and matures throughout marriage, resulting in learning more about your lover and maturing yourself. Our culture pushes people to love with influence of the media and music.
The family is a place where love is nurtured and challenged. Unlike romantic relationships, parents and siblings are not chosen, often requiring more patience. Sometimes due to the severity of the challenge, choosing to demonstrate love enables us to more fully reflect God's love.
Along with biological relationships, Christians need to also love our brothers and sisters in Christ! Our heavenly families go way beyond just blood; we need to show love for other christians.
Beyond all human affection is the perfect, unconditional love of the Divine. The ultimate expression of God's love for us is the opportunity to receive the gift of salvation.
This is why the world revolves around love. This is what holds humanity together and lasts for generations.
